As a specialist in electrical engineering, Bosco is a European Patent Attorney and advises companies on protecting inventions in the fields of mechanical, electrical, and materials engineering, as well as manufacturing processes; he also advises on industrial designs. His practice ranges from drafting, filing, and defending patent applications in Spain, Europe, under the PCT, and in other international jurisdictions, to conducting prior art searches, preparing patentability reports, analyzing infringement risks, and evaluating patent portfolios.

• He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

He serves as a lecturer in the Master’s Degree Program in Intellectual and Industrial Property at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) and in the Course on Administrative Management of Industrial Property at the EOI (in collaboration with the OEPM).
