Cristina Velasco

Cristina has extensive experience in the filing and defense of distinctive signs before national offices, EUIPO, and WIPO, as well as in out-of-court proceedings involving industrial and intellectual property rights. She directly advises companies and multinational groups on the design and implementation of global trademark protection strategies, as well as on matters related to domain names and dispute resolution (UDRP).

In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Group of the AIPPI, where he serves as the first vice president in charge of managing and coordinating the Young Lawyers’ Group.

• Master's Degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, and New Technologies from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
• ELLE Diploma in Fashion and Luxury Marketing and Communication, in partnership with the Complutense University of Madrid.

She has been teaching courses on intellectual property and domain names as part of the UC3M-Vogue Fashion Law Diploma program since 2021. She is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on intellectual property, particularly in the field of fashion law.
