Manuel Mínguez

With extensive experience, Manuel has evaluated, advised on, designed, and managed strategies for the protection and defense of intellectual property assets for multinational corporations, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and public agencies. He has extensive experience in the protection and management of trademark and industrial design portfolios worldwide, as well as in matters related to domain names and dispute resolution (UDRP). In addition, he is the director of the Valencia office, from which the firm provides all of its services.
