Manuel Minguez
With over 14 years of experience, Manolo has assessed, advised on, designed, and managed strategies for the protection and defense of intangible assets for multinational corporations, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and public bodies. He has extensive experience in the protection and management of trademark and industrial design portfolios worldwide, as well as in matters relating to domain names and dispute resolution (UDRP). He is also the director of the Valencia office, from which all of the firm's services are provided.
Teaching activity
He teaches classes on industrial property in various master's degrees and programs at the University of Valencia and the International University of Valencia.
