Marta Rodríguez Aguado
With over 10 years of experience in the field of industrial property, Marta specializes in the protection and strategic management of trademark portfolios for national and international clients. She advises multinational companies and groups on the design and implementation of comprehensive trademark protection and defense strategies, including domain name matters and dispute resolution under the UDRP procedure. She also participates in Quality Assessment Programs (SQAPs) organized by the EUIPO, collaborating in the review of decisions issued by the Office and contributing to the continuous improvement of its procedures.
Teaching activity
She is a guest professor on the Course for the Training of Future Industrial Property Agents organized by COAPI and teaches master's classes at UNIR.
