Biography

With extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, Marta specializes in the protection and strategic management of trademark portfolios for domestic and international clients. She advises companies and multinational groups on the design and implementation of global trademark protection and enforcement strategies, including issues related to domain names and dispute resolution under the UDRP procedure.

It also participates in the quality assessment programs (SQAPs) organized by the EUIPO, assisting in the review of decisions issued by the Office and contributing to the continuous improvement of its procedures.

Education

Bachelor of Laws from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Practicing attorney since 2014.
Master's Degree in European Union Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Master’s Degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property (Magister Lvcentinus) from the University of Alicante.
Industrial Property Agent.
European Trademark Agent.
