Biography

Pedro is an Industrial Engineer, European Patent Attorney, Industrial Property Attorney, and Deputy Director of the Patent Division. With extensive experience in industrial property, he specializes in patents and industrial designs. He advises companies on protecting inventions in the aerospace, automotive, transportation, defense, energy, construction, and civil engineering sectors.

The firm's practice encompasses the drafting, filing, and prosecution of applications in Spain, Europe, and other international jurisdictions, as well as the development of protection strategies for projects with a high technological component.

Education

Industrial Engineer, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICAI) in Madrid.
Master's Degree in Integrated Logistics from Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid.
Industrial Property Agent.
European Patent Agent.
European Trademark and Design Agent.
European Patent Litigator (representative before the Unified Patent Court).
