Madrid, January 16, 2025. Mónica Amores has been named a new partner at ELZABURU, a firm she joined in 2004 and where she had already held the position of associate partner.
Mónica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, with a specialization in Metallurgy, from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has been a Spanish Industrial Property Agent since 2007; a European Trademark Agent and Authorized Representative before the EUIPO since 2009; and a European Patent Agent since 2019.
He has been working in the field of industrial property since 1999, and before joining this firm, he served as laboratory manager at a major multinational company in the automotive sector.
Mónica is currently the Director of the Validation Department at Elzaburu and has extensive experience in patents, industrial designs, and translations across various sectors. Her appointment as a partner is a recognition of her outstanding career and her contribution to the significant growth of the firm’s European patent validation practice.
In addition, Tránsito Ruiz, Cristina Espín, and María Cadarso have been promoted to Senior Associates at the firm.
